My favorite recipes. I’m always willing to try new recipes and luckily, my husband is too!
–Portabella Mushroom burgers: marinated in Newman’s Own low fat balsamic vinegar
–Kale chips: Spray with non-stick spray. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (turn after 5 minutes). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese after they are done.

–Gluten Free Brown Sugar Zucchini Bread adapted from everydayfoodstorage.net
–Banana Quinoa Pancakes from Southern In Law. I was looking to use up some of my quinoa. These came out great! I topped them with pb and blueberries. The batter keeps in a fridge for a couple days too.
–Quinoa Oatmeal Fruit Bars recipe from lynnandlou. They turned out great! A little bit of sweetness from the honey and berries, soft and chewy. A great alternative to processed granola bars that have long been a staple in my diet. (*remember to refrigerate these! I didn’t and they went bad pretty quickly)
–Healthy Cookies recipe from Skinnytaste. I make these cookies all the time! I make them with 2 bananas, 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, 1 cup of oats, and cinnamon. Bake for 14 minutes at 350 degrees. Yum!
